1.1 For2x is an investment platform that allows individuals to invest their funds with the company.
1.2 The company operates in various markets, including but not limited to forex, cryptocurrencies, and commodities, with a focus on gold.
1.3 For2x collects funds from investors and employs a team of asset managers who analyze markets and conduct trading activities on behalf of the investors.
1.4 The company shares profits with investors and affiliates according to the terms outlined below.

2.1 Investors are required to deposit funds into their For2x accounts to participate in the investment program.
2.2 For2x shares 50% of its weekly, monthly, and quarterly profits with its investors.
2.3 Profit distributions will be made to investors' accounts on a regular basis, as specified by the company.

3.1 Existing investors have the opportunity to participate in the affiliate marketing program.
3.2 Affiliates can earn an exclusive bonus equal to 20% of the company's profits.
3.3 Affiliate bonuses will be paid out on a weekly basis to eligible affiliates. Asset Managers
4.1 For2x employs a team of asset managers who are responsible for analyzing markets and executing trades on behalf of investors.
4.2 Asset managers are entitled to receive 15% of the profits generated.

5.1 Investors are responsible for maintaining the security of their For2x accounts.
5.2 The company's website, www.For2x.com, contains sensitive information, and investors must take precautions to protect their login credentials.
5.3 For2x will not be held responsible for any unauthorized access to investor accounts due to negligence on the part of the investor.

6.1 All investments carry inherent risks, and past performance is not indicative of future results.
6.2 Investors should be aware that the value of their investments can go up or down, and there is a risk of losing some or all of their invested capital.
6.3 For2x does not guarantee profits, and investors should carefully consider their risk tolerance before participating.

7.1 Investors can request withdrawals from their For2x accounts at any time, subject to the terms and conditions outlined on the company's website.
7.2 Deposits can be made using various payment methods, as specified by the company.
7.3 The company reserves the right to impose withdrawal restrictions and fees, which will be communicated to investors in advance.

13.1 For2x reserves the right to amend or update these terms and conditions at any time. 13.2 Investors will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the platform implies acceptance of the updated terms.

14.1 These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of jurisdiction that will be mentioned in near future. At present, For2x trade license is under process in a few countries. Once it is done, will be notified to all the investors.. Any disputes or legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in( jurisdiction under process upon getting license approval).

By signing up as an investor with For2x, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
